Landco is a Real Estate Operating Company (REOC). Our real estate projects are managed by Principals, who take responsibility for a particular development project or acquisition through its investment life. It is our well-integrated team of principals and the networks of intelligence and knowledge that they bring which allows LANDCO to operate with a high degree of synergy and success. A Principal might share responsibility with other LANDCO Principals in various capacities ranging from deal identification to fundraising and ultimately construction management, asset management, and disposition. Principals share directly in the profitability of the project to which they are assigned. LANDCO provides support to the projects and the Principals involved throughout the duration of a project. LANDCO does not directly provide property management services, but it does oversee third party property management services firms through it's team of LANDCO asset managers using integrated online reporting networks backed up by regular site visits.
